Container station

Container stations are part of PURPLAN's tank facilities. The PUR components are conditioned in these container stations. They enable automatic filling of the day tanks, whereby the PUR components are optimally pre-conditioned. Depending on the requirements, the stations can be adapted in modules, from simple to highly complex systems with mother-daughter systems. They offer our customers cost-effective individual solutions and increase production reliability and component quality.

Deadman switch

The abbreviation ANA stands for "attention and emergency stop button" ("Aufmerksamkeits- und Not-Aus-Taste" in German) - a manually operated, automatically closing safety device that prevents the escape of large quantities of water-polluting liquids when filling containers.

Reaction plants

Reaction plants produce synthetic resin, e.g. for subsequent use as binders in coating systems or as components in paints and adhesives.
