Filling-manipulator

The filling arm was specially developed for filling and dosing liquids in containers.

The unit itself consists of the 3 main components filling and dosing device, pallet scales and weighing terminal.

The filling and dosing device consists of the steel column and the boom.

The dosing lance and its peripherals are installed on the boom.

It is equipped with 2 swivel joints, which enable the filling lance to be moved lengthwise and crosswise. This makes it possible, for example, to fully equip a CP1 pallet with 30-litre hobbocks and fill them without further repositioning. The boom is locked before the filling process by a pneumatic braking device.

The height of the filling lance is adjusted using a rack and pinion jack, which is attached to the steel column and connects it to the boom.

This makes it possible to fill different container sizes, from 30 litre hobbocks to 200 litre drums, 1000 litre IBC containers and 2000 litre KTC containers.

The pallet scale is intended for weighing standard industrial pallets. The big advantage is that the pallet can be picked up with a lift truck and easily transported to the pallet scales. This application is particularly suitable for hard-to-reach areas where loading with a forklift is not possible.

The weighing terminal is the central control unit of the filling arm. It contains, on the one hand, the general process sequences and, on the other hand, the parameters for the various recipes.

Depending on the requirements, the system can be supplied for explosive or non-explosive areas.

Furthermore, customer-specific adjustments are possible at any time on request.
