Economy

Economic sustainability means a corporate culture that is not solely focused on profits but also on the environment and people.

This includes fair trade, sourcing raw materials locally, flexible working hours at the company, fair wages and equal pay, promoting knowledge and learning opportunities, as well as supporting charitable organizations.

We actively create and promote a work environment that includes and treats all individuals with their unique abilities, strengths, and differences equally. Discrimination is not tolerated and goes against our goal of providing a satisfactory and safe workplace. Our code of conduct is outlined in the Code of Conduct document.

Our commitment

We are dedicated to promoting educational opportunities and collaborating with educational institutions in our region. To do so, we support STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) careers and assist students in their career choices, providing valuable practical insights.

School partnerships

We bridge the gap between practical work and the theoretical learning environment. That's why we collaborate with various educational institutions such as the Alexanderschule Wallenhorst, Gesamtschule Schinkel, and Hochschule Osnabrück. Specifically, we offer internships, company visits, and assistance with career choices.

Strengthening STEM careers

We place particular importance on strengthening STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) careers. That's why we participate in the MINT-Netzwerk Wallenhorst, which serves as a strong network for further educational pathways, and we are a part of the STEM initiative in the Osnabrück district.

Team Spirit

As a fair employer, we provide our employees with various benefits for their health and well-being, additional retirement provisions, and flexible working hours. Open communication and flat hierarchies are a natural part of our company culture.
