Our new semi-automated circular welding machine:

Purplan shortens the on-site assembly time. With a specially developed circular welding machine, we bring the craft from the construction site to the production hall. Partially automated, pipe sections only have to be provisionally joined together and placed in the machine. The pipes are automatically welded by computer – faster and cleaner than manual welding. Sensors detect even the smallest irregularities and level them out, making the weld seam much cleaner.

The majority of the pipelines can be pre-assembled in advance using Purplan's patented circular welding unit. Only a few welding operations are still required in the customer's hall. An innovation from Purplan that drastically increases assembly efficiency. This is state-of-the-art engineering with perfect craftsmanship from Purplan.
