PURPLAN feiert 20-jähriges Jubiläum

The festive event in the company of our employees and their families allowed us to look back on this journey in the best of weather. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the presentation of the large PURPLAN logo, which had been specially made from piping by our dedicated employees for the occasion. Thank you very much!

We would also like to express our special thanks to the German Red Cross of the Wallenhorst group and the Techniker Krankenkasse health insurance company, who supported us at this event. We celebrated with medical readiness and bungee jumping. At the same time, we collected donations to finance a new ambulance for the DRK Wallenhorst. It fills us with joy to see how our employees and the independent companies of the PUR Group participated in this fundraising campaign.

A lot has happened at PURPLAN in the last two decades. A brief look back:

It all began in 2003 with just three employees in Moorlandstrasse. Parts of an apartment and a basement room were our modest starting point. But from here we have built a growing company and continuous expansion. The move to Penter Strasse marked a first step in our history and over the years we have expanded our premises and built new office buildings and halls.

Our hard work has been recognized with impressive awards. In 2008, we were in the final of the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes" competition. A year later, we were honored with the German Founder Award in the "Up-and-Coming Business" category. Then in 2012, the then Federal Minister of Economics, Dr. Philipp Rösler, came to Wallenhorst to congratulate us personally after we won the prestigious foreign trade award. 

At the same time, we continued to expand: we established contacts in Saudi Arabia, opened a branch in Freimersheim and were even able to expand beyond Europe with locations in Shanghai and the USA.

Today, several companies are part of the PURPLAN Group, including PURPLAN Engineering, PURelectric, PURconsult and PURenergy. Together with our current workforce of around 200 employees worldwide, we will continue to focus on continuous innovation so that we can remain a pioneer in plant engineering for our customers in the future.
