Purpose of processing

The purpose of the processing is to carry out your application procedure at our company. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 DSGVO or Art. 88 Para. 1 DSGVO in connection with § 26 Para. 1 BDSG.

Use of your personal data

During the application process, the usual correspondence data such as postal address, e-mail address and telephone numbers are stored in addition to salutation, surname and first name. In addition, application documents such as letters of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, vocational and further training qualifications as well as references are recorded.
This data is stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally exclusively within the framework of your application.

Recipients of your application data can be:

a) the personnel department of the company
(b) the department of the firm concerned
(c) the staff representative body
d) if necessary, further locations and specialist areas of the company, provided that you have expressly agreed to this transfer.

Duration of storage

If there is no employment relationship between the company and you, your data will be deleted at the latest six months after the end of the application procedure.If there is an employment relationship between the company and you, the information from your application will be included in the personnel file.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about your person, as well as the right to correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data.The right to deletion is replaced by the right to restriction of processing if the deletion is contrary to legal storage obligations or legitimate interests of the company. These can result in application procedures in particular from the regulations of the general equal treatment law (AGG). You also have the right to data transfer. You can object to the further processing of your personal data by the company at any time and without giving reasons.Furthermore, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.The provision of your personal data is necessary for the execution of the application procedure. Exercising your right to deletion, restriction of processing or objection to further processing means that your (further) participation in the application procedure is not possible.
