Efficient process engineering systems are decisive factors for competition in chemical, resin and polyurethane industries, because optimized methods of processing offer enormous scope for economy in production. Synthetic resin technical lab units, tailor-made to case-based applications
- Reaction vessels made of stainless steel, 10 - 700 l capacity, pressure -1/+10 bar, temperatures up to 300°C
- Direct cooling through internally placed cooling coils
- Heating and cooling with thermal oil through externally placed semi-tubular heating coils or double shield
- Exhaust pipe and condenser made of glass or stainless steel
- Fabrication and deployment of dephlegmators
