Underground tank systems
Underground storage containers are primarily used by us for storing inflammable liquids
They can be buried in a distance of 1 m from the building and covered with a soil layer of 0.8-1m thickness.
Further benefits:
- The storage containers don't require any valuable space inside the building or on the premises.
- They can be fuelled by using gravitation due to the difference in height and don't require any fuel pumps.
- If made from concrete, the area above the storage tanks may even be crossed by vehicles carrying heavy loads.
The external shell of the double-wall containers is either provided with a protective bitumen coating or with a protective PUR layer according to DIN 6607.
Before burying them in the ground, the storage containers undergo an external insulation test with high voltage (14kV).
Containers will be equipped with fittings, measuring and safety devices according to individual requirements.
